Welcome to my first blog!

Well, I've done it. My first blog! I was contemplating the purpose of the site and determined that in addition to fulfilling a class requirement, I wanted to provide a window for those I know to see into my journey at Episcopal Divinity School. I am constantly being asked by those at home, "What courses are you taking?" "What authors, theologians, scriptural resources are you reading?" "What do you think about your courses and how is it affecting your formation?" You get the picture.



For those who may read this that are not part of my current sphere, I should let you know that I am a first year Mdiv student, finally listening to a call I rejected for 14 years. I am in process for ordination into the priesthood and I commmute from Ithaca New York to Cambridge MA weekly. While in Cambridge, my partner is burdened with the upkeep of our home and four year old son. God bless her!



SO, my goal is to provide regular posts that include a myriad of reflections based on my seminary journey. We'll see how it goes!
